Cu mai puțin de o săptămână înaintea primului meci oficial din 2023, ARO Câmpulung a făcut o nouă mutare pe piața transferurilor, obținând semnătura experimentatului fundaș central, FLORIN PLECANCIUC, jucător care la sfârșitul acestei luni va împlini 35 de ani. Născut la Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Florin este pe punctul de a-și încheia cariera fotbalistică tot la Câmpulung, însă la peste 400 de km distanță, la Câmpulung Muscel! A evoluat pentru echipe precum Cetate Suceava, Rapid Suceava, Petrolul Ploiești, CSM Rm.Vâlcea și Metalul Reșița, având peste 100 de meciuri și 5 goluri marcate în Liga 2.
Stabilit în județul Argeș, Florin Plecanciuc a evoluat în ultimii ani și în fotbalul mic județean la FC Argeș Pitești 1953, Gloria Berevoești, AS Colibași, CS Mioveni și ultima oară la Sola Grația Dragoslavele, echipă pentru care în turul de campionat a marcat 8 goluri.
– Bine ai venit la ARO Câmpulung! Care a fost principalul motiv care te-a determinat să semnezi?
– Bine v-am găsit! Am ales să vin la ARO, în primul rând, pentru proiectul frumos care există aici. S-a conturat o echipa frumoasă, un grup unit, cu jucători valoroși. După discuțiile pe care le-am avut cu conducerea clubului mi-am dat seama că aici se dorește performanța și că se vrea o construcție sănătoasă, din toate punctele de vedere, de aceea mi-a fost foarte simplu să iau decizia de a semna cu ARO Câmpulung…
– Ai auzit, înseamnă, poate chiar ți-a fost și prezentat proiectul ARO Academy. Cât de important este pentru un copil care își alege fotbalul drept viitoarea sa meserie, să crească într-un mediu profesionist?
– Da, am avut ocazia să văd și proiectul ARO Academy și am fost impresionat. Cum am spus, se dorește o construcție sănătoasă și asta nu poate să înceapă decât cu „temelia” unei echipe profesioniste care este reprezentată de Centrul de Copii și Juniori. Pentru un copil care își alege fotbalul drept viitoare meserie este foarte important să crească într-un mediu profesionist, cu antrenori capabili. Mediul profesionist are nevoie să se alinieze perfect și cu alte două elemente foarte importante, după părerea mea, pentru ca tânărul jucător să reușească, și anume: un stil de viață sănătos și o educație cât mai bună.
– Ce îți amintești de perioada în care erai junior. Care a fost mediul în care te-ai format? Cât de important este primul antrenor?
– Îmi amintesc cât de entuziasmat eram și cum abia așteptam să vină următorul antrenament. Și asta se datora în principal antrenorului și colegilor de echipă cu care am legat cele mai sincere prietenii, prietenii care există și astăzi. Primul antrenor este foarte important deoarece el iți va dezvolta bagajul tehnic, tactic și îți va cultiva caracterul, disciplina – elemente care îți pot asigura reușita pe mai departe.
– Care este un moment de referință în cariera ta de jucător, pentru care și astăzi să spui ”acolo m-aș întoarce”?
– Fiecare etapă din cariera mea de jucător a avut câte un moment de referință. Dar cum întrebările anterioare s-au referit la perioada de juniorat… cred că acolo m-aș întoarce. Până la urmă, cine nu și-ar dori să fie din nou copil?!
– Revenim la ARO Câmpulung. Obiectivul echipei îl știm. Al tău personal care este?
– Obiectivul meu coincide cu cel al echipei. Îmi doresc să fiu sănătos, să mă bucur de fotbal și să pun umărul la îndeplinirea obiectivului: promovarea în Liga3!
